Nelson was so responsive and provided detailed, itemized estimate for really large residential job. I was getting estimates $20k over his from contractors who did not even have letterhead on their paperwork. Nelson was so professional and communicated with me throughout permitting and construction process.

Once again a plumbing problem presented itself on a Saturday. I called Mr. Nelson he respinded quickly, and arranged to have a plumber come. Mr. Abdullah (a licensed plumber) came, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also answered all the questions I had about what was being done. Thank you for sending/recommending him. I'm very happy with the very fast response, the answers to my questions, and the results of the repair.
